Electrical Panel Template - Just wondering if anyone had made a panel schedule in pdf fillable form style. When i built the one i use, it took about 15 minutes to get it the same size as a cutler hammer one and i've been using the same one for years, regardless of the panel type. I need a template for panel schedules to show existing and proposed new connected loads. My inspector wants load calculations. I use some clear self adhesive pockets that stick to the panel doors. Looking for a 3 phase panel schedule template that i can print off and write in the description of what the circuit is energizing and when done, type it in and print off a finished.

Does anyone have an excel template that can be used to label a panel? I typically laminate them and attach them near to the panel, either with a tyrap to a piece of conduit, or 1/4 screws to a nearby wall, depending on access. Looking for a panel schedule for a 24/48 square d panel because of space restrictions i had to use a few tandem breakers.
